Purchase volume generated by private label store credit cards grew to $191.08 billion in 2019, up 4.5%. This compares to 7.8% growth in purchase volume on American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa general purpose credit cards, which totaled $3.966 trillion in 2019.
