Canada Cards — 2015

American Express, Interac, MasterCard, and Visa purchase volume for goods and services generated by consumer and commercial credit, debit, and prepaid cards issued in Canada totaled $520.07 billion in 2015, up 5.5% over 2014. When cash advances and withdrawals are added, total volume on these general purpose cards reached $555.11 billion. Cash accounted for 6.31% of total volume, down from 6.42% in 2014.
