Castles Technology’s Saturn2000 Terminal

In 2021, 25% of the POS terminals sold by Castles Technology used the Android operating system. That number climbed to 60% in 2022. The company’s latest high-end POS terminal will continue the company’s shift toward Android and away from Linux-based systems. The Saturn2000, on sale in the US, uses a high-speed eight core processor backed by a secure microprocessor. The operating system is Android 10 or above.
