Prepaid card payment processor InComm will be the exclusive distributor in the U.S. of American Express prepaid card products as part of a transaction that involves its acquisition of Amex’s Serve prepaid card management platform. InComm will become the exclusive program manager and processor for all Amex prepaid card products including those sold online. American Express will remain the issuer and network for those products.
