Payment platform provider Xpate offers support to small and midsized merchants including instant access to funds from ecommerce sales. The company offers that liquidity in partnership with Latvia-based Industra Bank. Xpate operates its own core banking software and payment gateway called Xpate Links. The company settles Visa and Mastercard transactions, then creates a loan from Industra Bank to deliver funds immediately.
