Dropped Suits The US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) will dismiss with prejudice a lawsuit against Early Warning Services LLC, operator of the Zelle peer-to-peer money transfer network, and three of the network owners—Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo. Dismissing a lawsuit with prejudice means that the suit cannot be resurrected in the future.
