Digital Currency Update

Mastercard added seven startups to its crypto accelerator program. The companies specialize in payments to merchants, remittances, privacy and loyalty, among other areas. Mastercard says that 350 companies have participated in the program since 2014. Visa terminated its partnership with crypto exchange FTX. In October, the companies announced plans to roll out FTX Visa debit cards in more than 40 countries. The exchange, which collapsed into bankruptcy, has as many as one million creditors and billions of dollars in liabilities. Santander will block instant payments from its UK customers...
