Middle East and Africa Global Network Cards — 2020

American Express, Diners Club, Mastercard and Visa credit, debit and prepaid cards issued in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region generated $1.244 trillion in total volume in 2020, which is a combination of purchases of goods and services, cash advances and cash withdrawals. Total volume on these global network cards was up 4.3% from 2019. Combined credit card cash advances and debit card cash withdrawals totaled $708.64 billion, down 0.2%.
