Phillips 66 Adds Mobile ACH Debit

Phillips 66, Conoco, and 76 branded retail gasoline locations will offer consumers a mobile phone-based debit payment product beginning January 2018 that will link to their checking account through the automated clearing house (ACH) network. Technology supporting the program will be provided by P97 Networks and Buy It Mobility Networks (BIM). There will not be a plastic card companion to the mobile wallet product.
