Rêv Worldwide to Buy Netspend Consumer Cards

Global Payments will sell most of the assets of its Netspend consumer payments business to Rêv Worldwide for $1.00 billion in cash. Rêv Worldwide has raised the cash from backers, including $325 million from private equity firm Searchlight Capital Partners. The sale will close in the first quarter of 2023 if the transaction receives regulatory approval.
