Samsung Pay will launch in Europe late in the third quarter of this year on Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge smartphones equipped with Oberthur Technologies’ (OT) embedded secure elements (eSE). OT’s Pearl eSE and the Samsung Wallet app will initially support Visa, MasterCard, and American Express mobile payment applets.
