Second 50 U.S. Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards

The second 50 largest issuers (those ranked 51-100) of consumer and commercial credit cards carrying the Visa and Mastercard brands held $10.77 billion in outstanding receivables at year-end 2020. This was down 12.4% from year-end 2019. Only 5 issuers among the second 50 showed increases in outstandings—Redstone Federal Credit Union (up 17.0%), First Horizon (up 8.9%), Green State Credit Union (up 6.1%), Wright-Patt Credit Union (up 2.7%) and Texas Dow Employees Credit Union (up 0.9%).
