Ranked on page 9 are the 50 largest issuers of credit, debit, and prepaid consumer and commercial general purpose cards in the Middle East and Africa region. Issuers represented 48 countries. Collectively, cards they issued generated $302.14 billion in purchase volume for goods and services in 2019. That volume was tied to 166.5 million cards.
