Walmart Opposes Merchant Settlement with Mastercard, Visa and Top Card Issuers

The largest US retailer, Walmart, considers the proposed settlement of a class-action lawsuit that began in 2005 and which pits all US merchants against Visa, Mastercard and the largest US credit card issuers to be a sellout of national merchants in favor of smaller merchants.
