Wiseasy, the 22nd largest manufacturer of POS terminals worldwide and 18th largest in Asia-Pacific, has launched the T2 Tablet, which runs on Android 13 and has an octa-core, 2.0 GHz processor. The handheld device provides a 10.1-inch touchscreen that is capable of handling PIN input.

Wiseasy is marketing the device for tabletop self-service, unattended wall-mount, vending and swivel-mount uses. The T2’s 8-megapixel autofocusing camera performs 1D and 2Dbarcode scanning. A front-facing 5-megapixel camera is optional.
