Message from the Publisher

This week we discovered that a US-based credit and debit card issuer has systematically violated our copyright. We will prosecute this illegal action, and the violating company will come out on the losing side of a legal judgment or an out-of-court settlement. It’s a good reminder that a digital product, one for which an annual fee has been paid, can’t be forwarded to multiple people without some form of permission. And it’s a good opportunity for us to acknowledge that a great majority of our subscribers respect both our business model and international copyright law. If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact our subscription manager, Lori Fulmer (lfulmer@nilsonreport.com).
