Amex Waits for Appeals Court

The Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit decided not to grant American Express’s request for a stay of a permanent injunction issued by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York related to the anti-steering provision in Section 3.2 of its Merchant Reference Guide.
