Apple Card, a Mastercard-branded credit card to be issued by Goldman Sachs, will be available in the U.S. this summer. Applications will originate exclusively from the Apple Wallet app in iPhones. Approved credit lines will be immediately provisioned to the Wallet app in the phone to cover NFC-based Apple Pay transactions. An accompanying payment card made of titanium is optional.
