Bank Apps Can Facilitate Merchant Communications

Existing online and mobile banking applications can be used to give merchants the ability to communicate with buyers in real time through a new service from Engage Systems. Merchants get the bulk of their revenue from repeat business, and often promote to their customers via email and text messages. Engage Systems’ digital platform opens another channel, allowing merchants to boost sales and support loyalty without asking for any personally identifiable information (PII).
