Two of the top US organizations providing support services to credit unions, including processing transactions from credit and debit cards and ATMs, plan to combine their businesses in a merger expected to be completed by the end of 2023. There will be no exchange of cash, equity or shares. PSCU and Co-op Solutions will begin integrating their operations in 2024 to create a single set of products and services.
