Flexiti Buys Canadian Private Label Cards

Private label credit provider Flexiti has purchased more than 1 million card accounts from TD Financing Services in Canada. Those accounts are tied to approximately $188 million in outstandings. The deal doubles the purchase volume Flexiti handles every month and pushes its outstandings to $250 million. Flexiti started offering private label credit to customers of smaller retailers in 2013.
