ING Bank, the largest credit and debit card issuer in the Netherlands, has more than 2.5 million customers that use its mobile banking app in their Android, iOS, and Windows phones. They can view balances and prior transactions, transfer money to any International Bank Account Number (IBAN) in Europe, and make payments for online purchases through iDeal, the Dutch ecommerce payment system.
