Using the checkout pages of ecommerce merchants as a distribution channel to open new credit card accounts is the goal of a partnership between PayCertify and QPS (Quatrro Processing Services Inc.). The partners have created Incentapay, a customizable platform for instant issuance of virtual credit cards. Incentapay will be a consumer-facing button on a merchant’s checkout page.
