Mastercard Expands A2A/Real-Time Processing

The Corporate Services business of Denmark-based Nets is Mastercard’s latest acquisition. The transaction, which is valued at $3.19 billion (€2.85 billion), is expected to close in the first half of 2020. This year Mastercard has acquired Vyze, Transfast, Transactis, and Ethoca and has made investments in Bill.com, AIDA Technologies, Network International, and SendFriend.
