Mastercard Expands A2A/Real-Time Processing

The Corporate Services business of Denmark-based Nets is Mastercard’s latest acquisition. The transaction, which is valued at $3.19 billion (€2.85 billion), is expected to close in the first half of 2020. This year Mastercard has acquired Vyze, Transfast, Transactis, and Ethoca and has made investments in, AIDA Technologies, Network International, and SendFriend.
