NCR Corporation will pay approximately $184 million in cash to buy JetPay, a provider of payment processing, human capital management, payroll, and payroll tax services. The price was a 146% premium above JetPay’s closing share price on October 19, 2018. The transaction is expected to close by the end of this year. NCR picks up JetPay’s proprietary cloud-based front-end to back-end card-present and card-not-present platform.
