US Bank Gains Amazon Co-Brand Commercial Cards

Two new no-annual-fee credit cards for small businesses will be available from U.S. Bank this summer when the issuer takes control of a co-brand partnership with Amazon. The cards will operate on the Mastercard network. American Express has been Amazon’s commercial card partner for the last eight years. Amex has informed its co-brand Amazon cardholders that the conversion to U.S. Bank will occur in August. That conversion will include the sale of outstanding receivables to U.S. Bank.
