Account-to-Account Processors Merge

Trustly, a company that provides direct bank account-to-account money transfers for consumers and businesses in Europe, has merged with PayWithMyBank, a company that offers the same service in the U.S. Terms were not disclosed. Trustly was majority-owned by Nordic Capital, a private equity firm. Nordic Capital will remain the majority owner of the combined company, which will operate under the Trustly name.
