U.S. Bank Gets State Farm Credit/Debit Cards

Insurance company State Farm will sell its Visa credit card and debit card portfolios owned by its bank in Bloomington, Illinois to U.S. Bank. Terms were not disclosed. The transaction will be completed later this year or in early 2021. When the transaction is completed, U.S. Bank will market co-branded Visa credit cards in partnership with State Farm.
