Visa to Buy BioCatch

Visa will expand its fraud fighting and financial crime intelligence capabilities with a $2.40-billion all-cash purchase of privately held, Israel-based BioCatch. The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2027. Global investment firm Permira holds a majority stake in BioCatch.
