Wirecard will acquire some of the assets of Singapore-based Visa Processing Service (VPS), and all of the assets of Visa Processing Services (India) for $16 million in a transaction expected to close before the end of next month. Visa Processing Service offers account processing and related support for private label and general purpose prepaid cards, as well as money remittances in seven countries in Asia.
