Credorax owns licenses to be a direct acquirer in Malta (covering all of the European Union) and Japan and expects to receive a license in the U.S. by year-end. The company started in 2007 as a payment service provider (PSP), linking to local acquirers in all the markets where it needed to make a settlement with its merchant customers.
