Nordic Capital Buys Trustly

Private equity firm Nordic Capital has acquired two-thirds of the equity in Trustly, a company that provides direct bank account-to-bank account money transfers for consumers and businesses in Europe. Trustly management, founders, and investment company Alfvén & Didrikson will collectively own one-third of the company.
