Beginning in April 2015, Visa card issuers in the U.S. will be able to offer their cardholders a new fraud fighting tool using a location-tracking module embedded in a  participating issuer’s mobile banking app. The app was developed by Finsphere. It reports movement of a phone’s location outside the cardholder’s home area.
