Electronic money institution Yapital Financial, a financial services subsidiary of the Otto Group, offers merchants in Luxembourg, Austria, and Germany a QR-code-based mobile payment platform. Consumers download the Yapital application from the App Store, Google Play Store, or Windows Phone Store to set up a prepaid Yapital account, which they fund from a bank account or a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card.
